About Us

Jenni Frere Volk, J.D.

Jenni was born and raised in Bellingham, Washington.  She had the pleasure of living in eastern Washington for four years while attending Whitman College in Walla Walla, Washington’s most prestigious collegiate institution.  As a liberal arts school, Whitman provided Jenni with a solid foundation to become a successful, well-rounded attorney and business owner.

Jenni went on to graduate magna cum laude from Seattle University School of Law.

Although the subject of death can be delicate, Jenni became interested in teaching others about estate planning so that they could take comfort in knowing that their loved ones would be taken care of upon their passing.  Jenni’s friends and family have always considered her a proficient “planner” so estate planning seemed to be a natural fit.  She also enjoys small business consulting, real estate disputes, personal injury and general civil litigation.

She is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and is co-chairman of the Washington First Responder Will Clinic, a Washington State Bar Association sponsored program that provides free estate planning services to first responders in our community such as police officers and fire fighters.

Jenni currently lives in Seattle with her husband, Ben, and her son, Quinn.  They enjoy living in Washington, as it is also home to most of their family and close friends.  In her freetime, you'll find Jenni hosting dinner parties, walking the Burke-Gilman Trail, and planning her family's next travel adventure.
