PUBLIC SERVICE

Jenni Volk is passionate about public service and encourages everyone around her to volunteer for a cause that they believe in. She considers it our responsibility to give back to our local communities. Jenni has been involved with the American Cancer Society, Big Brothers Big Sisters, the Washington First Responder Will Clinic, and many local organizations including neighborhood HOAs and schools.

PUBLIC SERVICE RECOGNITION Jenni Volk was awarded the prestigious 2014 Pro Bono Publico Service Commendation by the Washington State Bar Association for her professional effort to engage in service projects. 

She was also awarded the 2009 Thomas Neville Pro Bono Award by the Washington State Bar Association for her commitment to the Washington First Responder Will Clinic, which she co-founded with Ford Clary, in 2006. 

WASHINGTON FIRST RESPONDER WILL CLINIC Jenni spent over 10 years founding and managing the Washington First Responder Will Clinic (willclinic.org), which provides free estate planning for Washington police officers and fire fighters. Jenni and Ford Clary founded the program in 2006, which has assisted over 2,500 first responders with their basic estate planning needs. The Washington Will Clinic created a state-wide volunteer network of nearly 500 attorneys, law clerks, paralegals, and others.
